Dr. Matthew Zarnowiecki received his B.A. from Cornell University, and his M.A. and Ph.D. from Columbia University. His primary research interests are in early modern literary studies, including Shakespeare, print and manuscript history, and lyric poetry. His book, Fair Copies: Reproducing the English Lyric from Tottel to Shakespeare, was published by University of Toronto Press in 2014. He is the author of articles on the poetry of Shakespeare, George Gascoigne, Sir Philip Sidney, and Elizabethan print and verse miscellanies.
