LCW is proud to host Mr. Velvel Freedman, Esq. of Boies Schiller Flexner LLP for a special lecture discussing the international quest to recover a precious painting on behalf of Holocaust survivors from whom it was extorted in World War II.

Velvel Freedman, Esq. has been instrumental with his legal team to achieve a victory decision from the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals for the Cassirer family to be entitled to its day of court to present their case to retrieve their painting, "Rue Saint-Honore, Apres-Midi, Effet de Pluie" from Spain's Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum, which was extorted by the Nazis during World War II.

Lunch will be served.
